Some added value Darlene supplied that I wasn't expecting, that has meant a lot to us, is that when we were in a hurry to get our home on the market, she suggested suppliers that were dependable, gave us reasonable pricing and got to work more quickly than if we had just chosen some we had only heard about. Many of them she even contacted in advance to let them know I would be calling or she checked how long it would be until they were available, so we could stay on schedule during renovation. She also hosted an open house in our home that generated the lead that eventually sold our home. She mailed postcards to our neighborhood letting them know our home was on the market. Her kindness, ethics, and professionalism have been much appreciated during both the selling of our home and the purchasing of land on which to build our new home.
